Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the vehicle repair and maintenance workshop.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise repair schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage installation of vehicle parts, accessories, and modifications in compliance with manufacturer and safety standards.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, providing technical guidance to technicians.
- Ensure quality control of all repair and installation works.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor workshop safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and performance reports for management.
- Proven experience in motor vehicle repair, maintenance, and installation of parts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of automotive technology and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
