Brew Crew Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Manager, People Partner & Talent Acquisition to join our Global HR team on a 6-month contract, providing maternity cover.
This is a broad HR role combining People Partnering and Talent Acquisition, supporting our Global HQ teams in Singapore. You will partner closely with functional leaders and employees across the business, providing practical HR guidance while ensuring key people priorities and hiring needs continue to move forward.
The role is suited to someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
People Partnering
- Serve as the People Partner for assigned Global Support Center functions, building strong relationships with leaders and employees and providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, organization and team changes, employee movements and other people-related matters.
- Support the annual performance management and talent processes, including manager guidance, calibration and follow-through on key actions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, policies and HR practices, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and follow through on team action plans and people priorities.
- Partner with managers on employee development, retention and succession conversations.
- Support compensation, promotion and other employee lifecycle activities as required.
- Work closely with the wider Global HR team to ensure a consistent employee experience and effective delivery of HR initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Global Support Center positions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and engage talent for specialist, managerial and leadership positions using LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, providing hiring managers with clear assessment and recommendations.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment progress, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer development and negotiation in partnership with relevant HR stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment data and provide visibility on hiring progress, pipeline health and key challenges.
- Support employer branding and other talent initiatives where required.
Your Ingredients
- 8 years of HR experience, with a combination of HR/People Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders in a corporate environment.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, including direct sourcing and assessment of professional and managerial talent.
- Good understanding of core HR practices across performance management, employee relations, talent management and the employee lifecycle.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Practical, solutions-oriented approach with good judgement and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a regional or global organization would be an advantage.
