We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, People & Culture (APAC) to join our Corporate People & Culture team at Four Seasons.
The Manager, People & Culture (P&C) will provide ongoing People & Culture and people management support and advice to leaders, enabling them to make informed business decisions that have people implications. The Manager, People & Culture will partner with business leaders at various levels, to execute several or all of the following disciplines (in partnership with Centres of Excellence, COEs): recruitment, performance management, talent development, succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and change management.
This role is based in Four Seasons APAC Corporate Office in Singapore, reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture (APAC). This role involves interactions with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
Key Activities / What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment/ Talent Development / Performance Management
- Work closely with business leaders to have clear understanding of business environment, strategy, talent needs and people's implications
- Lead full cycle recruitment process and work with leaders to ensure proper onboarding and orientation
- Assist in immigration process as required
- Support the administration of various processes to ensure timely and accurate record keeping in Workday
- Timely reporting of labour statistics for local compliance
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide P&C programs (e.g. mid-year reviews, year-end performance and compensation cycles, talent assessments) by supporting implementation, change management, and consistent messaging across all Business Partner teams.
- Identify talent issues and impact on business and work with leaders to design plans to mitigate
- Lead performance management process for various functions
Employee Engagement
- Analyze results from Employee Engagement Surveys and assist to define employee engagement goals and strategies to drive increased engagement
- Proactively identify issues that might impact engagement and develop plans to mitigate risks
- Work with leaders to define and implement tactics that positively impact team culture and enhance overall team performance
- Support Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy and tactics for corporate offices
Coaching / Consulting /Change Management
- As a trusted advisor to business leaders, provide sound advice on people's plans that contribute to the leaders strategic decision-making
- Provide communication and change management expertise on business initiatives and assist people leaders at all levels facilitate change
- Support global P&C initiatives and communicate updates & initiatives in bi-weekly newsletter
Liaise between Business Leaders and P&C Centres of Excellence (COE)
- Continuous improvement mindset to solve individual issues, and to instill best practices or systems thinking to embed processes to solve future issues
- Obtain relevant data from P&C COEs and interpret for the various functions
- Communicate and translate global P&C solutions to various functions - e.g., talent reviews, succession planning, changes in P&C policies / programs, etc.
- Act as subject matter expert when working with COEs on development of local people processes and projects
- Implement various P&C policies and processes

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree with focus in Human Resource or business related discipline. CHRP or SHRM is an asset
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR business partner or generalist discipline in a complex business environment
- Working with globally dispersed teams and functions located across multiple time zones an asset
- Previous experience with Workday (HRIS) an asset
- All candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore
This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at Tourism Court, 1 Orchard Spring Lane, Singapore.
