Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to join their HR team. In this role, you will be supporting and executing key human resource functions, including compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle matters, including employee relations issues and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Manage compensation, benefits administration, salary reviews, and vendor coordination to ensure competitive and cost-effective programs.
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and manager support to drive a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and governance standards.
- Support workforce planning, HR analytics, employee engagement initiatives, HSE participation, and ad-hoc HR projects.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Solid experience supporting Compensation & Benefits activities, including job evaluation, performance management systems, and market salary surveys.
- Exposure to vendor management and benefits administration will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
