The Company
Our client in the financial services sector is currently looking for a HR Admin Manager to join their dynamic team.

The Role
This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR and office administration support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date employee records, payroll, leave, CPF, and benefits data with strict confidentiality, managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, and conducting background checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also supports audits, compliance reviews, performance management cycles, IR8A preparation, and Employment Pass applications, while liaising with relevant authorities as required. In addition, the position oversees day-to-day office administration, drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, and ensures the secure handling of company documents and sensitive information.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a standalone role. A strong understanding of employment regulations is essential. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, a high level of integrity, accountability, and self-discipline, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
