Job Description

Role & Company Overview

Since our establishment in 1985, we've grown to become a leading player in Singapore's beer industry, fueled by a vibrant portfolio that includes Carlsberg, 1664 Blanc, Connor's, Somersby, and Sapporo.

We are a hybrid structure, the best of both worlds. As part of a global group, we benefit from strong foundations, a world-class portfolio, holistic learning, and career mobility. As a lean, agile, and closely knitted team in Singapore, we act fast, think creatively, and collaborate with a true team and family spirit. It's a place where you can make a real impact, and enjoy the ride while doing it.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic People & Culture professional to join us as Manager, People & Culture. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner to our Commercial teams, driving impactful human resources (HR) strategies and delivering end‑to‑end people solutions. If you are passionate about shaping culture, enabling leadership, and building high-performing teams, this could be your next exciting move

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support commercial objectives and organisational growth
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development and offboarding
  • Drive key HR cycles including performance management, succession planning, and compensation & benefits reviews
  • Coach and empower line managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and build high‑performing teams
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and campus engagement activities
  • Drive employee engagement and internal communications, including townhalls, campaigns, and organisational initiatives
  • Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence and stakeholders to deliver impactful learning, development, and culture initiatives
  • Lead change and transformation projects, ensuring smooth execution of HR systems enhancements and organisational initiatives
  • Ensure compliance and governance, including employment regulations, policies, and industrial relations matters

What we're looking for

  • A strategic HR business partner with strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • A proactive and results-driven leader with a passion for developing people and driving organisational success
  • An agile problem-solver who embraces change and continuously seeks improvement opportunities
  • A collaborative team player who fosters inclusivity, breaks silos, and champions a positive workplace culture

What you can expect

An organisation that invests in your growth and empowers you to excel.

We consciously create an environment that genuinely focuses on developing our people through coaching.

We empower individuals to take ownership, make decisions, and learn from both successes and challenges. In line with our Growth Culture, we are committed to supporting you in reaching your full potential while creating meaningful impact.

A positive, inclusive, and high‑energy workplace where your contributions matter. The role places you at the heart of consumer experiences, and you will be supported by a team that values collaboration, compassion, and diverse perspectives.

You can expect a team that celebrates wins together, moves with speed, and embraces innovation to deliver extraordinary results. Your ideas, courage to challenge the status quo, and passion for our consumer will be recognized and appreciated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG or a multinational environment
  • Strong knowledge across HR functions, including talent management, Compensation & Benefits, employee relations, and learning & development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
