[What the role is]
Serves as an administrator and facilitator to engage the Constituency Offices and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers.
[What you will be working on]
Merchant And Resident Engagement
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to engage the Constituency Offices and community partners to engage, onboard and support merchants and hawkers
- Work with Senior Manager and CDC Ambassadors in engaging merchants and residents
- Gather human interest stories
Manage And Supervise CDC Ambassadors
- Assist the Senior Manager in managing the performance, professional development, welfare and morale of the CDC Ambassadors
Manage Enquiries/Feedback
- Investigate and craft responses to address queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders
- Handle referrals/queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders
- Follow up on technical/operational issue with stakeholders
- Gather feedback
Reports & Other duties
- Work closely with stakeholders on the preparation of regular/ad-hoc reports.
Undertake other initiatives assigned including event launches, etc
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience experience in leading a small team would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and data analytical skills
- Strong team-player and self-starter
- Good relationship management
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work weekends on an as-needed basis
