  • Merchant and Resident Engagement
  • Manage and supervise CDC Ambassadors
  • Manage Enquiries/Feedback
  • Reports & Other duties

[What you will be working on]

As Outreach Manager, you will assist in the following :

Outreach

  • Work closely with CO to outreach to merchants/ hawkers/ heartland enterprises to join the CDC Voucher scheme.
  • Coordinate meetings and briefings/trainings for merchants and GRLs on the use of CDC Voucher system.
  • Gather human interest stories

Finance

  • Handle payments related to CDC voucher scheme

Helpdesk

  • Point of Contact (POC) for assistance for merchants, referral from CC on queries from residents and merchants association
  • Follow up on technical issue with Govtech

Others

  • Handle other initiatives under CDC Cost of Living (COL) Relief Package including event launches.
  • Involved in on-going taskforce meeting with Govtech, CDCs for enhancement to system.
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisors

[What we are looking for]

  • Work closely with stakeholders on the administration of regular/ad-hoc reports.
  • All other initiatives assigned by the Assistance Director and Senior Manager e.g. event launch, briefings, surveys, etc.

Experience

Knowledge & Skills

  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience

Others

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be advantageous.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and Microsoft excel skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
