Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily outpatient clinic operations, monitoring patient flow, and ensuring adherence to service standards while addressing issues promptly. Identify inefficiencies in clinic workflows and collaborate with teams to design and implement practical process enhancements. Maintain and analyze operational data to identify trends, support evidence-based decision-making, and create KPI reports. Support operational and technology improvement projects by coordinating across teams, tracking issues, and documenting outcomes. Review and update standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency across clinics. Collaborate with clinic managers and administrative teams to ensure the successful adoption of process changes and improvements. Assist with cost monitoring in assigned clinics, flagging variances under the guidance of senior operations staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or leadership roles. Experience in healthcare operations or similar service-oriented environments, particularly in outpatient or clinic settings. Demonstrated interest or experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations. Proficient in operating data analysis and reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in supporting or coordinating projects involving system or workflow modifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clinical and administrative personnel. Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to follow-through on tasks.
