Job Description
The incumbent shall assist the Senior Manager in leading the Operations Department to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home.
This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements as well as implementing measures to ensure that the physical integrity of the building structure, its appearance, and optimal functions meet the necessary standards.
