About The Role
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented
Manager, Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Banking Group. This is a 1-year contract role involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions
- Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds
- Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles
- Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding
- Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities
- Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support
- Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects
