• Pre-flight checks before check-in of passengers
• Supervision of Ground Handling Agency for smoothflightoperation
• Disruption and delay handling
• Passenger re-accommodation
• Complaints Management and Service Recovery
• Training and Development
• Supervision of Civil Aviation Security Requirement to ensuretheoperation is in Adherence
• Monitoring of the check-in queue management,passengerseating requirements and liaising with ports in Indiarelevant toflight operation requirements
• Meet and assist functions, monitoring passenger baggagereceipand delivery functions
• Monitoring boarding processes, flight dispatch processes
• Post flight activities of informing destination stations of theflighrequirements on arrival
• Other back-office functions like submission of slotapprovalapplications to CAAS, submission of aircraft approval asperCAAS regulations, Cargo arrival and departure monitoringandother related functions.

Job Requirements

• Incumbent must be fully conversant to liaise with Indian portsfobetter coordination.
• Should be fully conversant to apply for approvals to CAASandChangi Airport Group for aircraft and slot approvals.
• Must be fully conversant to handle cargo related services
• In addition to passenger related services
• Should be proficient to handle and liaise counterparts inIndianports to ensure passenger convenience.
• Min 10 years relevant working experience
