Manager, Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading, Asia

We are seeking an experienced Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading Manager, Asia, to support growing our Asia nitrogen fertilizer trading operation, with a focus on Urea related product. This role involves overseeing sourcing, sales, market development, and client relationship management to drive profitability and sustainable growth. This role will report to Senior Director of Nitrogen Sourcing & Trading, Asia, in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities :-

Trading & Sales Management

- Develop and manage a profitable Urea related trading book for Asian markets.

Sourcing & Procurement

- Identify, negotiate, and secure supply from reliable global producers.

Market Development

- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, and internal stakeholders.

Market Analysis

- Monitor regional market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform trading decisions.

Logistics & Compliance

- Coordinate with logistics, finance, legal, and safety to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
