The Opportunity

The Manager, Medical Information Operations is responsible for overseeing the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders through a contact center environment. The role ensures that medical information inquiries are handled in line with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures, supporting consistent and reliable delivery service.

The position combines people management, quality oversight, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated medical information setting, and reports to the Regional Director Medical Affairs Services JAPAC, with direct responsibility for Medical Information Specialists (MIS) across all levels, as applicable

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Information Specialists, including performance management, coaching, training support, and capability development within a contact center environment.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of medical information by overseeing quality standards, SOP adherence, performance metrics, and response timelines.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements, supporting updates to processes, documentation, and training as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, acting as a point of contact for escalated or complex inquiries and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and analysis of inquiry data and performance trends to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with experience in contact center operations or similar regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams, including performance management, coaching, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology, therapeutic areas, medical information processes, and applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with high accuracy, attention to detail, and an analytical, structured working style.
• High standards of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive medical information.

Role complies with Singapore Employment Act, Fair Consideration Framework, and work pass regulations. Data handling follows Singapore PDPA and China PIPL. Standard Singapore employment contract with statutory entitlements and work pass

sponsorship.
