  • Oversee, lead and drive the leasing department, ensuring set targets and expectations are met
  • Collaborate with the General Manager/ Centre Manager and team in strategizing, planning and executing the mall's leasing trade mix plans
  • Collaborate with cluster leasing teams to ensure cluster productivity and effect is planned and executed well
  • Ensure occupancy, revenue and other financial KPIs of the mall are optimized at all times
  • Handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration scope
  • Source new concepts and prospects which are relevant to the mall's positioning
  • Negotiate and monitor terms of lease
  • Conduct, understand and share periodic retail market trends
  • Carry out feasibility or reconfiguration analysis to enhance the financial standing of the mall
  • Prepare budgets, marketing and financial reports
  • Oversee Tenancy Schedule, Management Reports and other related reports
  • Ensure proper leasing documentations are in place and submitted in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs
  • Manage cordial tenant relations and partnerships
  • Guide and nurture the leasing team members, unlocking the potentials of individuals
  • Build strong teamwork with operations, marketing, cluster malls and core functions

Key Qualification


  • Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Real Estate Management with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in retail mall leasing or Diploma holders with 8 to 10 years of strong relevant experience and track records
  • Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA
  • Extensive network of contacts and keen understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls landscape
  • Strategic business outlook
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Effective team player with the strong desire and proactiveness to build strong teamwork
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, analytical, resourceful and service-oriented
  • Positive disposition and able to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently, interdependently and under pressure
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and communication (both verbal & written) skills
