Job Description

Our client, a prominent Singapore-headquartered organization and a leading player in its field, is seeking an L&D expert to drive leadership development strategies focused on identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement leadership training programs that help employees grow and prepare for future roles.
  • Work with external trainers to deliver effective leadership courses and ensure learning sticks.
  • Use leadership assessments to identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop training content that drives engagement across leadership levels.
  • Manage the logistics of training programs and regularly review to keep them relevant.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years experience in Learning & Development, especially in leadership or talent development.
  • Training certifications like ACLP or ACTA are a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
