We are a growing cleaning company in Singapore and are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations and manage cleaning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise cleaning staff at multiple sites
- Plan work schedules and assign duties
- Ensure cleaning standards and safety requirements are met
- Handle client coordination and resolve service issues
- Manage manpower, attendance, and performance
- Order cleaning supplies and equipment when neede
- Prepare basic reports and updates for management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning operations or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites
- Basic computer skills
