Job Summary

Lead JS FOOD RESOURCES business operations in Singapore, driving strategic planning, supply chain management, and business growth as a senior operations leader reporting to company directors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, supply chain, inventory, and vendor management to ensure seamless business processes
• Develop and execute operational strategies that drive business expansion and increase profitability
• Lead and mentor management teams across departments to enhance performance and collaboration
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain operational integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in food resources, supply chain, or F&B industry
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills
