Job Description:

  • Oversee the operations of restaurant.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Lead, coach, and support outlet managers and their teams.
  • Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and brand image across all outlets.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resources.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and retain key talent within the F&B group.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of outlets to maintain operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, landlords, and business partners.
  • Report regularly to senior management on business performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in F&B management, preferably overseeing multiple outlets.
  • Relevant overseas work experience in F&B operations (e.g., regional role, multi-country exposure, or international brand management).
  • Bilingual to handle Chinese speaking staffs and customers.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze P&L reports.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
