Manager, IT Process Quality and Automation

• Strategic Leadership & Vision

Define and champion the digitalization roadmap aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.

• Digital Solution Development and Deployment

Develop and deploy digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform.
Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with operational needs.

• Automation & Innovation

Drive the integration of AI, ML, and robotic process automation to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• EAM System Implementation & Integration

Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of the new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the EAM system aligns with existing workflows and operational requirements.
Define system requirements, oversee data migration, and ensure seamless integration with other digital platforms.
Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.

• Data Governance & Insights

Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security.
Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Facilitate effective communication across sections within the department and with external stakeholders.
Act as a change agent to promote digital adoption and manage resistance.

• Team Development & Training

Mentor and develop team members in digital competencies.
Design and implement training programs to ensure successful adoption of digital tools.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Communications Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and robotic process automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
