Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented individual to join our Investor Relations team to support Sembcorp's Investor Activities and Communications.
- The candidate will need to have effective communication skills and an inquisitive mind.
- He/she is required to assist to liaise with other departments to gather necessary information for the purpose of material preparation for internal use and investors.
- Other responsibilities include preparation of investor materials, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of investor contacts, meetings, team calendars and assist in managing databases and website content related to investor relations activities.
- He/she is also required to provide logistical support for investor events including, but not limited to site visits, meetings and roadshows.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with investor relations of listed corporations or banking, private equity, funds, corporate finance and/ or equity research
- Strong written and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial reports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to tight timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables
