Manager, Investment Operations (1-year contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Manager, Operations to join our Fund Management Operations team at RHB Asset Management Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role involving overseeing end-to-end operational processes across fund structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What you will be doing

• Manage operations including transfer agency, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
• Review NAVs and support audits for Unit Trusts and Private Equity Funds.
• Coordinate new fund launches and setup of investment vehicles.
• Perform AML/CFT and KYC due diligence for onboarding.
• Support FATCA and CRS compliance activities.
• Act as BCP Coordinator and assist with cross-functional business support.
• Contribute to middle office coverage and ad-hoc strategic projects.

What we're looking for

• At least 5-7 years of experience in the asset management space.
• Experienced in dealing with custodians, brokers, administrators.
• Good knowledge of more than one Financial Markets product or business type - for example very detailed knowledge and/or practical experience/deep understanding of more than one area within Financial Markets (Fixed Income, Equities, Treasury).
• Familiarity with MAS rules / Singapore compliance issues would be advantageous.
• Comfortable communicating with senior management.
• Effective design and procedural writing skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
