We are looking for a motivated communications professional to join FPG's Group Strategic Communications team as a Manager. This role focuses on Internal Communications, requiring significant experience in running Change Management initiatives, communication campaigns and organisation-wide events. This is an important role in driving our purpose and strengthening our ONE FPG culture as we transform into a future-fit organisation.

Job Description:
You will be required to/You will be responsible for:
Internal Communications
- Strategise, develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan aligned with business strategy and organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with key partners including HR and senior leadership, to facilitate change, champion innovation, and support the organisation's transformative journey.
- Lead the implementation of multi-format campaigns for HQ and frontline staff to reinforce our values and cultivate a shared sense of purpose and unified culture.
- Manage all internal communication platforms, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and accessible across all channels. This includes the development of content such as videos, employee newsletters, social media posts, and intranet sites.
- Ensure communication touchpoints are aligned with FPG's values (e.g., Growth Mindset in Action).
- Lead, plan, and manage employee events, including townhalls, family days, national day celebrations, etc.
- Support senior leaders in crafting messages and talking points for critical organisational announcements and key initiatives, including GCEO messages and internal speeches.
Change Management Execution
- Execute and support the implementation of integrated strategic communication plans for complex, large-scale change management initiatives, as directed by communication and business leads.
- Support the drive for stakeholder understanding and adoption.
- Assist leads in conducting stakeholder analysis and communication needs assessments to inform message tailoring and anticipate resistance points.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in communications-related fields (e.g., Communications, HR, Change Management)
- Demonstrable experience in supporting or executing communications for change management initiatives, preferably involving complex organisational or system changes
- Minimum 7-10 years of communications work experience
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Able to function independently and as a team, adaptable, and motivated by shared success
- Be available to work occasional evenings and weekends (with time-off-in-lieu provided)
