Manager, Interior Design

Responsibilities:

• To establish Design Brief

• To manage & review design proposals, from initial conceptual till detailed design developments and selection of material finishes

• To manage & maintain cohesive design aesthetic as well as functional requirements

• To manage the execution of interior works from tender, construction, till completion

• To review and manage technical deliverables - materials samples, shop drawings

• To conduct site & factory checks, review quality of on-site works and off-site fabrication

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture or any related field

• Well versed in technical knowledge, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design & Site Execution, preferably with premium residential, offices, hospitality, healthcare experience

• Self-driven, and able to work independently

• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure

• Good problem-solving skill

• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
