Manager - Interior Design

Responsibilities:

• Review and advise on interior design concepts for hotel developments.
• Provide input on material selections, finishes, and layout options to align with operational requirements.
• Assess and comment on design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and visualizations, prepared by consultants.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and hotel operators, offering advisory input.
• Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design intent is maintained and raise issues requiring attention.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to hotel or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, sustainability practices, construction methods, and hotel-specific materials/fixtures.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to provide practical recommendations.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to contribute effectively under project timelines.
