Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager- Insurance Consulting to lead growth initiatives and consulting projects within the insurance industry, driving market expansion and delivering impactful business and IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities to expand the company's market presence within the insurance industry
- Generate qualified leads and manage the end-to-end proposal process to secure new business opportunities
- Deliver business and IT consulting projects focused on the insurance sector, ensuring successful execution and high client satisfaction
- Develop and enhance market research frameworks, methodologies, and assets to continuously improve research quality and insights
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants to achieve project goals and professional growth
- Represent the company on overseas business trips as required to support client engagement and business development
Requirement
- Proven experience and established network within the insurance industry, demonstrated by a successful track record
- Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of consulting projects, particularly in the insurance consulting domain
- Experience in a managerial role overseeing consulting projects
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting firm
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Experience working in top-tier consulting firms
- Knowledge or experience in digital transformation, business transformation, technology implementation, growth strategy, or IT strategy
