About Us:
Hong Ji Services Pte Ltd is a manpower outsourcing and F&B service management company in Singapore. We provide staffing solutions and manage daily operations across restaurants, cafeterias, and service facilities. We are now seeking a committed and responsible Manager to support our growing operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Manager in planning and overseeing daily manpower deployment
- Supervise site supervisors and ensure smooth workflow at all job locations
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate training and ensure service quality and compliance with company standards
- Handle simple reports, quotations, and documentation for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or team management (F&B / manpower service preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory)
Working Hours & Benefits:
- 6-day work week (shift flexibility required)
- Salary: commensurate with experience
