Job Description

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

System management - Oversee maintenance and optimization of HR systems, ensuring it meets the needs of the HR department and organization.

Project management - lead HRIS implementation projects to ensure smooth execution through engagement with stakeholders and/or external vendors.

Compliance and Security - Ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations regarding employee information.

Collaboration - work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other business systems and address any technical issues that arise.

Training support - work with respective HR stakeholders to identify training needs and requirements, develop training materials when required.

Documentation - ensuring department SOPs, training material and workbooks remain updated.

And other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in SAP Successfactors system administration with track record in project implementation.
  • Certification or in-depth knowledge with Successfactor modules such as Employee Central, ECP, LMS, and PMGM will be highly desirable.
  • Experience working with non-SAP systems and understanding integration requirements.
  • Experience working with RPA and/or AI driven initiatives.
  • Experience in driving process improvement and change management.
  • Understanding of internal HR processes, data management and familiarity with Singapore employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with prior experience in stakeholder and external vendor management.
