Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Deputy Director to oversee program logistics, mentorship alignment, and community engagement.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of program activities, including workshops, seminars, and networking sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for startups, mentors, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless mentorship experience.
- Support ecosystem and partnership development with healthcare institutions, providers, and research organisations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor startup progress, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts by developing content for newsletters, social media, and industry promotions.
- Support the planning and execution of industry events and partnership activities to strengthen the innovation community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with health technologies
- Experience in program management, event planning, or stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of social media and marketing practices to promote program initiatives
