Job Summary
This role will support the leasing head in the planning and execution of leasing strategies including AEI if any.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the junior executives on all leasing matters.
- Prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters.
- Building good Landlord-Tenant rapport for on-going discussions with regards to tenants performance and business direction.
- Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation including Variation.
- Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry.
- Analysis of Tenants Sales, develop leasing strategies and recommendations based on market insights to attract and retain tenants.
- Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters.
- Preparation of budget and reports.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders; e.g. with Retail Tenancy
- Co-ordination team for renovation matters; with legal on completion of lease documentation, with Retail Management on daily operational matters.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in leasing role of a major shopping centre or retail agency or retail group.
Education
Bachelors in Building Management or Real Estate
