Manager, Group Financial Reporting (Maritime Industry)
We are supporting a global organisation with a complex, multi-entity structure. This role is focused on coordination, review, and performance oversight across a large number of entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee group reporting cycles across multiple global entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Review and analyse financial reports received from regional teams and entities
- Monitor budgets and forecasts across the group, ensuring alignment and realism
- Provide insights and variance analysis to support senior management decision-making
- Act as the central point of contact for group reporting matters across regions
- Coordinate closely with finance teams globally to ensure consistency in reporting standards
- Support improvements in reporting processes, systems, and governance
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Singapore and overseas offices
- Manage and guide team members
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting or group-level finance roles
- Strong experience in reviewing and analysing financials
- Exposure to multi-entity or regional structures
- Strong stakeholder management skills across geographies
- Ability to work in an unstructured, evolving environment
- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently
- Prior experience managing teams is preferred
- Big Four candidates only suitable if they have moved into industry and taken on operational roles
