Manager, Global Treasury

About the Role

As Global Treasury manager, you will play a key role in managing core treasury activities across multiple markets, including liquidity management, FX risk mitigation, and funding strategies. This position sits within a lean, high-performing team and offers strong visibility to senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management

• Oversee daily cash positions and ensure optimal liquidity across markets
• Partner with finance teams on cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
• Support strategic initiatives such as dividend repatriation and funding optimization

FX Risk & Hedging

• Execute FX and derivative transactions within approved frameworks
• Monitor exposures and assess hedge effectiveness
• Implement risk management strategies to protect financial performance

Treasury Transformation

• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
• Support Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and upgrades
• Contribute to integration activities for corporate transactions

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Legal, Audit) and banking partners
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
• Support capability building across markets through training and guidance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8 –12 years of experience in treasury, preferably with at least 5 years in a regional role
• Strong expertise in cash forecasting, liquidity management, and FX transactions
• Experience working with banks and external stakeholders
• Exposure to treasury systems, automation, or transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
