Manager, Global AP & AR

The Manager, Global AP & AR, plays a critical role in overseeing the financial integrity and compliance of a company's accounting operations across multiple countries and regions.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with local financial reporting standards and timely submission of financial statements for DSS and DGH.
• Oversees Revenue Recognition according to accounting rules, AP/AR, Commission & Rebate, and Credit & Collection strategy with an aim to continuously improve and align with best possible global business solutions.
• Own and lead the end-to-end transactional processes related to Revenue, AP/AR, Commission & Rebate, & Credit & Collection functions globally.
• Lead change management activities for the deployment or enhancement of processes, systems, performance excellence and continuous improvement projects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. CPA preferred.
• Large MNC experience with highly matrix organization.
• 10 years relevant experience with at least 4 years in managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills including Mandarin language ability.
• Working knowledge of SAP FI, CO and system implementation experience.
