Job Description:

. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes in key markets (particularly Greater China & APAC) and analyze their impact on our business strategy.

. Act as a strategic partner driving competitive intelligence and operational excellence.

. Blend strategic market analysis with hands-on process optimization.

. Support ambitious growth plans through cross-functional collaboration.

. Research and evaluate industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging opportunities to identify potential risks and avenues for growth.

. Conduct competitor and industry analysis to assess business models and market positioning.

. Research industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.

. Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to senior leadership.

. Manage and deliver strategic projects aligned with business objectives.

. Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases.

Key Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Law or related degree, Qualifications in Business or Finance are a strong plus.

. Strong knowledge on commercial law and regulatory matters is a must and particularly Greater China & APAC region

. Experience in Construction industries or related industry is preferred.

. Proven track record in leading process improvement and strategic initiatives.

. Strong analytical and research capabilities.

. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

. Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
