Job Description:

• Lead and motivate team members for optimal performance and development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in management or related field
• 2-3 years of management experience with strong leadership skills in the F&B or entertainment sector
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and process optimization is a plus
