Manager (Financial Planning and Analysis)

Job Description

• Drive business analysis to support reviews, planning, and ad-hoc requests.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including scenario modeling.
• Oversee month-end/year-end closing and management reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Enhance business cases, profitability tracking, and risk/opportunity management.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Planning, or related finance roles
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems.
