Job Description
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain financial models covering income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of key business drivers.
- Partner with operational teams to translate business initiatives and investments into financial forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Provide insights on financial performance including cost management, EBITDA and cash flow trends.
- Track key financial and operational KPIs and highlight key performance drivers.
- Prepare financial reports and presentation materials for senior management and governance committees.
- Act as a finance partner to stakeholders across operations, strategy and regulatory teams.
- Support financial evaluation of business initiatives, including network expansion and technology upgrades.
- Enhance FP&A processes, financial models and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform cash flow analysis and support treasury activities including bank documentation and debt facility management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification(s) such as CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is highly beneficial.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or finance business partnering.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills experience with financial planning systems or BI tools is advantageous.
- Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
