Responsible to enhance our management reporting and data analysis capabilities with the Oracle EPM Tool. This role is critical to our strategic focus on optimizing the tool and create actionable, insightful reports.
Responsibilities
. Design, build and maintain financial and operational reports using Oracle EPM tool
. Collaborate with both FP&A and Expense teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet organizational needs
. Analyse and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting
. Support the configuration and optimization of Oracle EPM tool to meet business objectives
. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the reporting processes
. Provide recommendations for process improvements
. Enhance and maintain documentation of the process
. Contribute to system and process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, integration and reporting capabilities
. Utilise business intelligence tools to deliver clear dashboards and visual insights
. Assist the team for any ad-hoc requirements
. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
Skills/Requirement
. Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
. 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
. Preferably have experience with Oracle EPM tool, experience with other financial systems will be considered
. Strong proficiency in building and managing complex financial reports
. Familiarity with data analysis, financial processes and reporting
. Strong interpersonal & operational skills
. Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance and supervision
