Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Group Accounting SSC in establishing and optimizing operations, which primarily include but is not limited to the handover of accounts among various Regions of the Group and the subsequent submission and review of monthly closing data from each Region at the Group consolidation level.
2. Proficient in using the Oracle Fusion system for accounting processes, mainly including modules such as Fixed Assets, Procurement, Intercompany Accounting, and General Accounting.
3. Highly skilled in using Office and Google applications, adept at utilizing various software, BI solution and other systems to complete the processing, integration, analysis, and review of financial data.
4. Able to allocate team resources effectively, streamline and continuously improve the SSC processes, and strive for maximum efficiency within a given time frame.
5. Based on daily work content and in consideration of the situations of other team members, compile a set of standardized Accounting SSC processes in the form of SOPs.
6. Able to communicate fluently in English to maintain good communication with global departments.
7. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field, familiar with US GAAP, with approximately 5 years of financial work experience in cross-border enterprises and experience in leading a team.
2. Excellent communication skills, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity. Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
3. Proficient in Office and Google applications, capable of using English as the primary working language.
4. A strong drive for self-improvement, good critical thinking skills, strong intrinsic motivation, and a good sense of teamwork.
