Manager, Finance - General Ledger

The Finance Champion Lead represents business ownership for General Ledger, Group

Reporting, Tax, and Real Estate Management (RE-FX) within the SAP S/4HANA project. The role

ensures that S/4HANA solution designs comply with accounting, consolidation, tax, and real

estate requirements, and supports successful testing, data migration, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed business and functional inputs across assigned finance domains.
• Participate in requirements workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
• Review and provide joint sign-off on key project deliverables, including:

(i) Blueprint documents

(ii) Functional design specifications

(iii) SAP configurations

• Validate training materials and facilitate / support end-user training.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution.
• Validate data migration results and support cutover and go-live readiness.
• Assist with change management, hypercare support, and knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with Business Process Owners, Project Managers, and Business Support
• Leads to align on tasks, strategy, and timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in Finance / Accounting.
• Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert or Lead in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Solid working knowledge of General Ledger, Group Reporting, Tax processes, and RE-FX.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
