Job Description

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned commercial, residential, or industrial sites.
  • Manage, train and motivate cleaning supervisors and on-site cleaners to maintain high service standards.
  • Plan staff schedules, allocate manpower, and arrange replacements for absenteeism.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with client requirements and NEA standards.
  • Handle client communications, resolve complaints, and provide prompt follow-up on service issues.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring cost-efficient usage.
  • Prepare quotations, work orders, and monthly reports monitor budgets and control expenses.
  • Enforce workplace safety & health (WSH) guidelines and company policies.
