Role Overview
As a key member of the Enterprise Marketing team, the manager will shape and influence the B2B customer journey across all touchpointsdriving full-funnel growth from awareness and acquisition through onboarding, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate brings strong growth marketing expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to operate autonomously while leading cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Growth Leadership:
- Lead strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the full B2B customer journeyfrom awareness and acquisition to onboarding, engagement, retention and renewal.
- Develop integrated growth plans leveraging paid, owned and earned channels to maximise customer activation and long-term value.
- Drive experimentation and optimisation through A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, SEO and digital analytics.
Customer Insights, Analytics & Performance Management:
- Define campaign success metrics and ensure alignment with business and growth objectives.
- Identify the most effective marketing channels and strategies to engage business audiences across local and international markets.
- Oversee ongoing monitoring, analysis, and review of campaign performance, ensuring results are measured against KPIs and ROI.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies, driving continuous improvement in targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Marketing Programme Development:
- Design and execute scalable marketing programmes that drive activation, adoption, engagement and retention of enterprise buyers and end users.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows and maximise marketing output and impact.
- Leverage marketing platforms (automation, CRM, analytics, content systems) and partner with product, sales and operations teams to deliver optimized growth programs.
Integrated Marketing, Promotions & Events:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, promotions and events with accuracy, timeliness and strategic alignment.
- Ensure all marketing activities reinforce brand guidelines and deliver a seamless customer experience across touchpoints.
- Manage and optimise digital assetsincluding website and social media channelsto support growth objectives.
Stakeholder & Partner Management:
- Build and manage strong partnerships with internal teams (sales, product, editorial, operations) and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
- Serve as a key collaborator within cross-functional enterprise teams, providing customer insights and growth recommendations to guide broader marketing strategies.
Budget Oversight:
- Track and manage marketing spend, ensuring all campaigns and activities remain within budget while maximising ROI.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- At least 6 - 8 years of experience in Growth Marketing or related roles, ideally in B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or digital-first environments.
- Proven track record driving full-funnel growth and developing scalable marketing programmes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data, customer insights and business performance metrics.
- Skilled in digital marketing channels (SEO, CRM, automation, paid digital, web analytics) with a test-and-learn approach.
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Creative, resourceful and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
