RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship & Business Management
- Lead the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development, and execution
- Be able to provide sound counsel to senior clients
- Mentor and coach team members to drive quality and operational performance, and upskill teams in digital knowledge
- Grows account organically and drive new business development process
- Demonstrates practical and applied understanding of visual communications, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these channels into client programs with digital tools, such as paid performance, content, digital strategy, tools and mobile applications
- Manage and inspire digital-first communications projects across practices and clients
- Have solid project management skills to oversee the execution of all creative and campaign efforts to ensure alignment of the strategy; and meeting strict deadlines
- Track and manage client budget, forecasts, resource and team utilization
- Demonstrates understanding of core financial constructs, including revenue, profitability, pricing structures, utilization, realization, budgeting and forecasting and how these play into office-wide revenue targets
- Work collaboratively with strategists, video producers, writers and designers
- Habitually on top of inspiring, cutting-edge trends and development in digital or in client's industry
- Building and maintaining collective team digital knowledge
- Contributes to the development of new capabilities, improvements in processes, operations, best practices and emerging issues
Digital Specialism
- Develop social and digital strategies including driving the research direction and insights for the development of digital or social media strategy
- Strategize and execute paid social campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimisations, and reporting
- Writing skills with demonstrated ability to write social-friendly copy and package content to drive maximum engagement on social media
- Able to manage native social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube; understanding third-party social media management platforms such as Sprinklr / Hootsuite
- Familiar with social listening tools (Talkwalker), social media analytics (Social bakers), Google / Adobe Analytics, CMS (Wordpress) and keyword / SEO tools
- Design, monitor and report on measurements and KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including digital campaign management, integrated digital, digital media, digital consulting, etc.
- Experience planning and leading campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) or advertising (display, SEM, social advertising, etc.)
- Understanding of PR and earned media principles
- Strong data-driven mindset with a comprehensive understanding of analytics across digital channels, synthesizing data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
- Passion in building digital-first and performance communications
- Proven experience in people management, mentoring, and coaching team members for skill development and performance improvement.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to create and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive growth.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and self-starting personality.
