Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Twin Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive impactful data-driven initiatives within a smart manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning to enhance planning capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of smart manufacturing solutions to improve capital efficiency and transform planning processes
- Identify business challenges and opportunities using data science, AI, and machine learning, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Drive improvements in output efficiency and cycle time performance through advanced analytics
- Collaborate across production planning, industrial engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions
- Oversee end-to-end solution development, from design to deployment, including providing hands-on technical guidance when needed
- Support troubleshooting of complex application issues and guide teams toward effective resolution
- Manage project execution through strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
- Promote adoption and scaling of solutions across the organization, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools, technologies, and vendors where appropriate
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, planning, supply chain, operations research, or similar domains
- Exposure to data science concepts (AI/ML) is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think conceptually
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements
