Manager - Digital Platforms

About the Job

Support and lead the implementation of projects and digital applications in the pursuit of digitalizing our platforms.

Promote the use of the digital platforms to stakeholders to improve efficiencies, overall user experience and satisfaction as well as increase sales and productivity of users of the platforms.

• Plan and manage projects, ensuring task completion and project deliverables
• Plan and lead meetings on UAT and user requirements
• Monitor and track project timeline and budgets
• Identify and address project risk
• Manage vendors to ensure products and services delivered meet specifications
• Analyze situations and solve problems using known guidelines or policies
• Provide training to Representatives, internal trainers and Business Users
• Analyse and understand data from a holistic perspective, and provide insight based upon the data gathered
• Stay updated on the latest Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning advancements
• Work with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions

We are looking for people who:

• University degree in Business, Information and Communications or related discipline
• At least 5 years of driving digital transformation projects / initiatives
• Experience in agile methodology, preferably with a mix of experience from non-insurance industry
• Experience in working on and deploying AI-driven solutions
• Hands-on experience with real-world applications of generative AI
• Knowledge on: Mobile technology, app ecosystem and APIs (preferably)
• Possess understanding of generative techniques like GANs, VAEs, prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs)
• Ability to work proactively, under own initiative with minimal supervision
• Proactive problem solver with good communication, organizational and people skills
• Possess strong reasoning skills and able to bridge gaps between technology and business requirements
• Highly creative with basic analytical skills
