Job Description
EU Holidays is seeking a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of our digital platforms, including ERP, CRM, POS, and AI-enabled customer experience systems. This role bridges business operations and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable efficiency and customer impact.
This is a renewable contract position, offering the opportunity to own and shape multi-year digital products with real operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization
- Gather requirements from sales, operations, finance, and management teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely and feasible delivery
- Validate features through user testing and feedback
- Drive continuous improvement of user experience and workflows
- Track product KPIs and business outcomes post-launch
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis
- Strong experience working with software development teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage
