About the Role
You will lead the engineering delivery, architecture, and AI innovation for regional Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) eCommerce platforms across SEA, leveraging a shared global codebase to deliver high-performing online experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own engineering strategy and solution architecture across SFCC, headless/PWA, Akamai, CMS/PIM, and key integrations.
- Lead delivery of new features and enhancements with Product, OMS, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage external vendors and offshore teams to ensure quality, timelines, and scalable builds.
- Drive DevOps maturity (CI/CD, Git workflows, automation), performance optimization, and code quality.
- Oversee platform stability, incident management, and readiness for peak commercial events.
- Deliver AI-powered commerce capabilities (personalization, smart search, automation, predictive insights) and run POCs for emerging technologies.
Requirements
- More than 5+ years in eCommerce engineering, software development, or digital platforms.
- Strong experience in SFCC B2C and modern web stack (React, JavaScript, Node.js, PWA).
- Proven vendor/offshore team management experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of API-driven architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to CMS/PIM, payment gateway, MarTech integrations is a plus.
- Experience in OMS/ERP/WMS is an advantage.
- Experience delivering or implementing AI/ML solutions in digital commerce preferred
