POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Analytics Operations, RM Ops, APEC role will partner the Innovation vertical within the team and play a hands-on role in delivering data engineering and analytics/reporting projects that drive business insights and operational efficiency. This position focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics initiatives-from gathering requirements and designing data workflows to coordinating with external consultants/vendors for specialized solutions. The candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. Familiarity and exposure to UI/UX principles and a strong understanding of cloud computing & AIOps will be beneficial for the candidate to effectively auditing of end products.
In addition, the candidate in this role will collaborate with the Director, Data Strategy in designing and implementing robust data pipelines, developing and optimizing ETL workflows, and ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across multiple systems. Responsibilities include integrating data from diverse sources, managing data transformations for analytics and reporting, and collaborating on data architecture improvements to support scalability and performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline (finance, operations research, economics, mathematics, statistics, etc.)
- Min 4-7 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Preferred: Working industrial experience in Travel & Hospitality, F&B or Retail
