She must be able to coordiate the singers when to perform. Will be a plus point if she has ever been a performing artiste before. She must be honest and lawyer. She must have good PR skills. She must be able to lead the team and manage the performing artiste. She must be able to sing well. She must posssess good personal skills. She must be possess good communcating skills so can communicate with the customers. She must be a team player. She must be able to multitask.
