Job Summary:
Equinix continues to experience rapid global growth, with Singapore recognized as one of the most critical markets in both the APAC region and our global operations. As we expand our footprint, it is essential to appoint a transformational leader to drive operational excellence and support our strategic initiatives in Singapore.
We are seeking a Manager, Critical Facilities, to lead our SG1 and SG3 operations teams. This role will oversee the Critical Facilities Engineer team and play a key role in ensuring that new expansions are delivered on time and meet Equinix's world-class standards.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team toward achieving operational excellence, with a strong focus on maintaining zero downtime across our data centers. You will also manage workforce planning and performance to align with Equinix's ambitious growth objectives and uphold our reputation for reliability and innovation.
